Brick’s Off Road Park “Rules to Ride By”

  • Entry fees are due and waivers must be signed upon arrival for all persons prior to entering the park.
  • A VALID Government-issued photo ID, which includes your name, signature, photo, and date of birth is required for anyone to be issued a wristband, indicating that you are over 21 years old. (Think Drivers License or Passport!)
  • A VALID Government-issued photo ID, which includes your name, signature, photo, and date of birth is required to prove that you are over 18 years old allowing you to sign your own waiver. (Think Drivers License or Passport!)
  • Any participant under 18 years of age MUST have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian, if the parent or legal guardian will not be attending the event with their child, their waiver must be printed and notarized to permit entry into the park. If the parent or legal guardian is not attending the event, the minor must remain with the adult responsible for them at all times, this adult must be over the age of 21. If the parent, legal guardian, or adult responsible for the minor needs to exit the park for any reason, the child  MUST leave with them. No exceptions!! This applies to every event. 
  • Each person admitted to the park must get his/her own wristband.
  • Wristbands MUST be worn on your wrist at all times.
  • You must have your wristband on your wrist for re-entry assuming you leave the park during an event.
  • You MUST be of legal age (21) to consume alcohol.
  • Alcohol is ONLY allowed if you are camping and MUST be kept at the campsite.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO consumption of alcohol on the trails.  Keep it safe; save it for camp.
  • NO glass bottles.
  • No parking or camping within 50ft of any road. This will help keep traffic clear and moving when people are entering or exiting the park!
  • ATV/dirt bike riders MUST have helmet with them at sign-in.
  • Flags are required on ALL ATVs, especially in the Mud Field around the Big Trucks.
  • Quiet time in all camp areas is 1:00AM-6:00AM.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO Riding from 1:00AM until 6:00AM unless you are at idle speed, your muffler works, and you are going to the Bathhouse.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO racing or donuts in the camping fields!  Lets keep the camping fields nice and green, and Family Friendly!
  • DO NOT LITTER! Please take all trash to the dumpster nearest you! Trash bags are available upon request at the front office.
  • NO trailblazing allowed.  Stay on designated trails.
  • NO riding in creeks or on burms near creeks.
  • Cross creeks at designated crossings ONLY, do not stop on creek crossings! Please keep it moving!
  • Idle speed in all camp areas.
  • 10 MPH speed on main roads.
  • Be courteous to other drivers.  Remember, ATVs, dirtbikes, etc. may not be easily visible to drivers in larger vehicles…especially when in very close proximity.
  • NO donuts (or other aggressive riding that throws dirt/grass) in any areas other than at mud pit area. 
  • NO bolted tires.
  • NO discharging of firearms at any time.
  • RESPECT the land that you are riding on, all structures, the owners, and event volunteers at all times.

  • Please be aware of local, state, and federal laws regarding trailer height, width and weight, restrictions, and regulations.
